Christopher Chope

Christopher Robert Chope (born May 19, 1947, Putney, London) is a British Conservative politician.

He was Member of Parliament for Southampton Itchen from 1983 to 1992, serving as a junior minister when he lost his seat. He became MP for Christchurch in 1997. He is chairman of the Eurosceptic Conservative Way Forward group.
