Chocolate Mountains
The Chocolate Mountains of California are located in Imperial County and Riverside County in the Mojave Desert in southern California. The mountains stretch approximately 60 miles in a northwest to southeast direction, and are home to the Chocolate Mountains Gunnery Range, an aerial and gunnery practice used by the Navy and Marines.
