Howard Bailey, Jr. (born on March 9, 1980 in St. Louis, Missouri) is an African American hip-hop artist. A former member of the Disturbing Tha Peace collective with Ludacris, Chingy came into the spotlight on his own with his single "Right Thurr" from his album, Jackpot.
