Cheriton
Cheriton is a district of Folkestone, Kent, England, best known as the site of the Channel Tunnel terminal. It is also a military garrison and at time of writing (2005) a Gurkha unit is based at Shorncliffe barracks. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
