Chelsi Smith
Chelsi Smith of Deer Park, Texas was crowned Miss USA, and ultimately Miss Universe in 1995. She was the first American woman of biracial origin to win either title. She was the seventh woman from Texas to be crowned Miss USA, and the sixth American woman to be crowned Miss Universe in Namibia.
