Cheboksary

Cheboksary ({{ll|Russian}}: ??????????, {{ll|Chuvash}}: ???????? /transliteration: Shupashkar/) is a city in Russia, capital of Chuvashia. It is also a port on the Volga River. Its geographical location is {{coor dm|56|08|N|47|14|E|region:RU_type:city(453,700)}}. Cheboksary had a population of 453,700 in 2004. There is a satellite city Novocheboksarsk about four miles east with a population of 125,600 (2004).
