Charlie Sifford
Charlie Sifford (born June 2, 1922 in North Carolina) was the first African American golfer to play on the PGA TOUR beginning in 1961. In 2004, Charlie Sifford was inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame. He chose Gary Player to perform the introduction.
