Charles Ringling
Charles Ringling (December 2, 1863 – 1926) was one of the owners of the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus. He was the advance man and in charge of production. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

He developed the Courthouse Subdivision, which extended the business center away from the bay.
