Charles of Guise, Cardinal of Lorraine (February 17, 1524, JoinvilleDecember 26, 1574, Avignon) was a French Cardinal and member of the powerful House of Guise.

Guise was the son of Claude, Duke of Guise and his wife Antoinette of Bourbon. His sister Mary of Guise was wife of James V of Scotland and mother of Mary I of Scotland.

He was made Archbishop of Reims in 1541, Cardinal of Guise on July 27, 1547, and Cardinal of Lorraine and Bishop of Metz on May 18, 1550. He resigned the see of Metz on April 22, 1551.
