Michael Bluth

Michael Bluth is the fraternal twin of Lindsay. They were born after George Oscar and before Byron. He is portrayed by Jason Bateman.

Michael was President of the Bluth Company for most of the first season but was replaced by G.O.B. as it came to a close. However, that move was thought by many to be only temporary until the scrutiny from the SEC was lifted from Michael.

Michael was married, but his wife died, leaving him with the responsibility of raising their son, George Michael on his own. He is always threatening to leave the family, but has been unable to act on his numerous threats. He is, quite probably, the most normally-functional member of his family, and is a source of stability for them (much to his chagrin).
