Cees Nooteboom

Cees Nooteboom, born Cornelis Johannes Jacobus Maria Nooteboom, July 31, 1933, in the Hague, Netherlands is a Dutch author. He has won both the Pegasus Prize and the Constantijn-Huysgens Prize.
