Cazin is a city and municipality in northwest Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is located in the Una-Sana Canton of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In the census of 1991, the municipality of Cazin had 63,406 residents: 61,861 Bosniaks (97.56%), 765 Serbs (1.21%), 411 Yugoslavs (0.65%), 142 Croats (0.22%), and 227 others (0.36%).
