~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Her first film credit was Martin Scorsese's Raging Bull in 1980, as Vicki LaMotta, the wife of Robert DeNiro's lead character. Her performance won her an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Her other film credits have included Soapdish, But I'm A Cheerleader, New Waterford Girl, Kindergarten Cop, and The Prince of Central Park.
