Catacombs of Paris
The Catacombs of Paris, is a famous burial place in Paris, France that became a tomb near the end of the 18th century, created as a large network of subterranean chambers and galleries. More generally, the catacombs are the network of underground quarries under Paris, a small part of which was used as a burial place.
