Carroll County, Arkansas
Carroll County is a county located in the U.S. state of Arkansas. As of 2000, the population is 25,357. The county has two county seats, Berryville and Eureka Springs. Carroll County was formed on November 1, 1833 and was named after Charles Carroll of Carrollton, who had died in 1832 and was the last survivor of those who had signed the United States Declaration of Independence.
