Carlos Castaneda


 

Carlos Castaneda (previously Castaņeda) was born in Peru on December 25, 1925 and died in Los Angeles on April 27, 1998. In the US, he wrote a controversial series of books that claimed to describe his training in traditional Native American shamanism.
