Capeside is a fictional town in Massachusetts where the television show Dawson's Creek takes place. It is a modest harbour city located along the Atlantic Ocean in a long bay with sparse housing. The separation between homes often requires that residents travel to the city center via car, although Dawson and Joey typically take a boat.
