Cape Finisterre

Cape Finisterre (in Spanish: Cabo Finisterra, in Galician Cabo Fisterra, literally Cape Land's End) is a rock-bound peninsula in the north-west of Spain.

It formerly gave its name as a sea area on the UK Shipping Forecast, however the area was renamed FitzRoy in 2002 to avoid confusion with the Spanish area of the same name, which survives.
