Canada Lands Company
Canada Lands Company Limited is a Canadian government Crown corporation. The Company reports to the Parliament of Canada through the Minister of State (Infrastructure and Communities). It is a self-financed Crown corporation. The goal of the CLC is to maximize the financial and community value of surplus federal property.

The Company owns three subsidiary companies: Canada Lands Company CLC Limited, Old Port of Montreal Inc., Downsview Park Inc.. The latter two companies report directly to Parliament, rather than through the CLCL.
