Byron Scott
Byron Anton Scott (born March 28, 1961 in Ogden, Utah) is a former NBA player and current head coach of the New Orleans Hornets. He took over the job prior the 2003/04 season, after Tim Floyd was dismissed. Previously, he coached the New Jersey Nets, whom he took to two NBA Finals, in 2002 and 2003. During his playing career, he suited up for the Los Angeles Lakers and Vancouver Grizzlies. He went to Arizona State University.
