Buckeye, Colorado
Buckeye is a small rural unincorporated community in northeastern Larimer County, Colorado. The community consists of several farmhouses and ranches clustered around a grain silo along County Road 80 northwest of Wellington. The community was once served by a spur of the nearby Colorado and Southern Railroad. In the early 20th century had a school and several stores in the early 20th century. This railroad was dismantled in the middle 20th century.
