Bruce Babbitt
Bruce Edward Babbitt (born June 27, 1938) was United States Secretary of the Interior during Bill Clinton's administration. He was also the Governor of Arizona from 1978 to 1987 and a candidate for the Democratic Party nomination for president in 1988.

In 1994, he was considered by President Clinton to replace retiring Supreme Court Justice Harry Blackmun, but was ultimately looked over in favor of Stephen Breyer. Mr. Babbitt was also a Marshall Scholar.
