Here’s the deal… We owe $400K on our home in Calaveras County in a little town called Mountain Ranch. It sits on 11.5 acres right off a county road. Driveway and landing where home and shop sits is also paved. Appraised a couple of years ago at $600K (I know, I know) and now we live in our mobile home here in Brisbane (it is a 1/1, 500 sf., and paid for and worth $40K). Our story… We bought Mountain Ranch when my trucking business was booming, and when it went bust, there was no work there so we had to rent it and come down to the peninsula – my wife, me, our two children (Emma 9 and Liam 4). We are looking for… Someone who owns their home, or will take $200K for their home, or even more, if you carry. We only qualify for $200K even though we have a combined income of $150K a year and both credit scores are in the mid 700’s – today’s reality! So in conclusion… If you have the ability to take our $200K for your bay area home, we give you our home in Mountain Ranch (I’ll describe in a minute).
