Brian Lenihan

:Brian Lenihan was the name of two Irish politicians, father and son, who held government office in the Republic of Ireland. For the son, who is currently active in Irish politics, see Brian Lenihan, Jr.

Death

Brian Lenihan's health again deteriorated and he died in 1995 at the age of 64. In the resulting by-election, his son Brian Jr. was elected to his seat.

In the 1997 general election another son, Conor Lenihan, was elected to Dáil Éireann.
