Boris Efimovich Nemtsov (????? ???????? ??????) (born October 9 1959) is one of the leading members of the right-liberal Union of Right Forces political party in Russia.

Nemtsov was born in October 9 1959 in Sochi.

The party failed to gain seats in the 2004 Duma elections when it did not reach the 5% cut-off. He was one of the "young reformers" in the early post-Soviet days of Russia and came to Moscow after having been the reform governor of Nizhni Novgorod.
