Board of Review (Scouting)
In the Boy Scouts, a Board of Review is a commission charged with verifying that a scout has successfully completed the requirements for an advancement in rank. Exact procedures vary between the different scouting organizations and also by troop and over time. For most ranks, the board of review is composed of atleast three and no more than six members of the scout's troop committee.
