Blanche of Bourbon

Blanche de Bourbon (1339 - 1361) was daughter of Peter I, Duke of Bourbon and Isabel of Valois.

Eventually she was imprisoned in the castle of Arevalo.

She died in Medina Sidonia at the age of 25. The legend says that she was killed by a crossbowman sent by the king himself. Another legend speaks of poisoning.
