Billy Campbell

Billy Campbell (born July 7, 1959) is an actor who starred in the television series Once and Again. He was born in Charlottesville, Virginia. He also played a gay character in Amistead Maupin's Tales of the City, More Tales of the City, and Further Tales of the City. He is currently guest starring on The OC.
