Bill Weasley

Bill Weasley (born November 29, 1971)http://www.mugglenet.com/jkrcom/birthdayarchive.shtmlhttp://www.jkrowling.com/textonly/faq_view.cfm?id=63 is a fictional character in the Harry Potter series, the oldest son of Molly and Arthur Weasley and the brother of Charlie, Percy, Fred, George, Ron, and Ginny.

Bill attended Hogwarts as a Gryffindor from 1982 to 1989, becoming both a prefect and Head Boy. Later, he worked for Gringotts Bank in Egypt as a curse breaker, though in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix he returns to Britain to work for the Order of the Phoenix. After a year of knowing Fleur Delacour and a lot of "private lessons for her English", the two are engaged to be married.

Prior to the events in the sixth book, he is described as having a handsome appearance and to be "cool" looking, featuring long hair tied back in a ponytail and single fang earring. The Battle of Hogwarts added "savagely mauled". Werewolf Fenrir Greyback's attack in his human form caused lycanthropy contamination to an unknown, partial extent. According to Remus Lupin (himself a werewolf) this was not enough to cause actual transformations, though Bill has apparently developed a liking for extremely rare steaks. His and Fleur's plans to marry are unchanged.
