Bill Parker
Bill Parker was an American comic book writer. He is best known for creating Fawcett Comics' most popular character, Captain Marvel, in 1940, along with artist C.C. Beck. Parker's tenure on Captain Marvel comics was cut short when he was drafted into World War II.
