Bill Engvall

William "Bill" Ray Engvall, Jr. (born 27 July1957 in Galveston, Texas) is an American comedian best known for his work as a stand-up, and as a member of the Blue Collar Comedy group.

His most famous routine is "Here's Your Sign" in which he proposes hanging signs on people who say stupid and obvious things. He himself was "Signed" once when his son, who plays the piano, asked Bill to listen to him play a song from Harry Potter, to which Engvall replied "From the movie?", and his son replied sarcastically, "No, the book."
