Berehove (in Ukrainian: ???????? (Berehove), in Ruthenian: ???????? (Berehovo), in Russian: ???????? (Beregovo), in Hungarian: Beregsz?sz, in German: Bergsa?, in Slovak and Czech: Berehovo) is a city in western Ukraine, Zakarpattia Oblast. It lies near the border with Hungary. It has 26.100 inhabitants who mostly Hungarians (60%) (2004).
