Ben Shephard

Ben Shephard (born 11 December 1974 in Essex, England) is a British television presenter. He started off his career, presenting on MTV and then went on to present The Bigger Breakfast and T4. In 2000 he joined GMTV, which he still presents today. He also presents a spin off from the X Factor, called The Xtra Factor on ITV2.
