Clube de Futebol ?Os Belenenses? is one of the most important and historical Portuguese sports club. Plays in the Bel?m/Restelo neighbourhood, Lisbon. The main activities are Football, Handball, Basketball and Rugby. Having won (among other titles) the major national championship in all these main four sports, Football was the reason of the club foundation in a Tuesday, September 23 of 1919. They were Portuguese champions in 1945-46, becoming only the fourth team until Boavista to win the title in 2000.
