Barry Joss, more recently known as B. Tobias Joss, was a candidate in the election for Rector of the University of St Andrews in October 2002. He was widely touted as the "local candidate", given his position as a resident of St Andrews, a recent graduate, former Rector's Assessor to Andrew Neil, and former Treasurer of the Students' Association. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
