Barna (Bearna in Irish) is a village in County Galway, Ireland. Officially in the Gaeltacht, with the expansion of nearby Galway it is now mostly English-speaking. In recent years, relatively extensive development work has taken place in Barna to facilitate the increasing population of Galway.
