Bargeddie
Located north east of the junction of the M73 and M8 motorways, Bargeddie is a small town of North Lanarkshire. Situated 2 miles (3 km) west of Coatbridge town centre, Bargeddie grew, along with neighbouring Cuilhill and Drumpark in association with the mining of coal.
