Baltimore Polytechnic Institute
Baltimore Polytechnic Institute (known to locals as Poly) is a public high school in Baltimore, Maryland. It was originally founded in 1883 as an all-male school, and become a coeducational institution in 1976. The school racially integrated in 1952, becoming the first public high school to do so.
