This is a 6500+ s/f home with huge 30000+ s/f lot, just complete 4 months ago, locate close to Ohlone college in Fremont, close to HWY 680, yet no noise. We do have a quiet , friendly cat at home. This is a 6 bedroom, 7.5 bath house, 2 kitchen and 2 laundry room, and a small theatre, so basically every room is a suite, Every room, has large bath, jetted tub, heated floor, 5.1 build in speaker. based board, crown molding, walk in closet or over size closet. I am currently looking to rent out one of my suite out, for $1000-$1200 including all utilities,( cable, Internet, water, electrical...garbage all include), depending on the size of the Suite you choose. a little more information about the suites: For the $1000 suite, the measurement is: 15'8"x17'6" ( including closet space) and bath room is about 6'x17'6" Bathroom has jetted tub, separate European shower, marble Heating floor. this one is close to garage so you may hear the garage noise when it is open or close. 12' tall ceiling, it doesn come wiht 5.1 built in speaker. For the $1200 suite, the measurement is : 17'x18'( excluding closet space), plus Walk-in closet space : 5'6" x 8' plus bathroom : 10' 6" x 11', dual sink, jetted tub, marble heating floor with custom design, 10' tall ceiling, We are looking for single only, meaning no friends stay over. but if your parents of family visit you, they are welcome to stay with you for couple of weeks per year.. we like to make friends...
