Baby Geniuses

Baby Geniuses is a 1999 action/comedy directed by Bob Clark, rated PG for crude humor and mild expletetives and violence. It is considered by many as one of the worst films of all time, despite a US $27 million gross against a US $13 million budget.

Effects are considered hokey, with pan/scan and cgi used to digitally superimpose moving lips over baby's mouths, an effect similarly used in Clutch Cargo. The film's paper-thin plot revolves around two scientists played by Kathleen Turner and Christopher Lloyd using genius baby studies to fund their Babyco theme park. At age 2, the children are due to 'cross over', learn to talk, and forget their universal knowledge.
