Aviv Geffen

Aviv Geffen (אביב גפן, b. 1973) is an Israeli rock star. Geffen is best known in his home country for controversial lyrics and behavior; he is is also known for an androgynous appearance reminiscent of David Bowie.

he is sometimes criticised for not serving in the IDF, even though he was actually excused for medical reasons. Apart from a 12-year solo career, Geffen is also a member of Blackfield, a collaboration with Porcupine Tree frontman Steven Wilson.
