Australian Women's National League
The Australian Women?s National League was established in 1904. It was a conservative organisation, and its purpose was to support the monarchy and empire, to combat socialism, educate women in politics and safeguard the interests of the home, women and children. In 1945, it merged with the newly-created Liberal Party of Australia.
