The church dates back to the 11th Century. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Famous landmarks of Atcham include the Atcham Bridge and Attingham Park. Nearby is Wroxeter, a Roman City (now only a village) and Shropshire's only commercial vineyard. The A5 once ran through the village, but now runs to the north on a new dual-carriageway. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Atcham can be found on the B4380, 5 miles South East of Shrewsbury.
