Arthur Haulot
Baron Arthur Haulot (Angleur near Liège, November 15, 1913 - May 24, 2005) was a Belgian journalist, humanist and poet who served, during World War II as an active member of the military resistance against German foreign occupation also known in Western Europe as the Resistance. As president of the Jeunes Socialistes (young socialists), he was made prisoner and taken to the concentration camp of Dachau.
