It is situated between Kamaole 1 and 2 Beaches. Recently renovated, our ground floor condo offers many advantages. Kamaole 1 Beach is accessible from our lanai through well-maintained oceanfront garden. You just walk out through our lanai to enjoy a quick swim or watch the sunset on luxurious soft grass or lie on a chaise lounge under a palm tree with your favorite book and drink. Royal Mauian is highly rated at many travel sites by many visitors. Our 2 bed and 2 bath condo has a king size very comfortable Simmons Beautyrest and two twin beds. Each room has an overhead fan. It has wireless internet access, fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, DVD/CD, private telephone, washer/dryer. Oceanfront swimming pool is close, but you do not hear the noise or see the pool. Pool is kept at very comfortable temperature. Our condo is conveniently located near many restaurants and shops so that you do not have to drive all the time. Oceanfront lanai has view of neighboring islands and walking access to well-maintained grounds. Beautiful roof garden features BBQ grills, kitchen areas with refrigerator, microwave, sink and serving bar, as well as outside dining areas with tables and chairs. 360-degree view of roof garden includes the majestic Haleakala , West Maui, islands of Lanai, Molokini, and Kaho’olawe. Great whale watching in winter. Kihei is located on a sunny and dry side of Maui where you can enjoy many activities. Enjoy swimming and snorkeling right outside of the condo with many tropical fish. Go diving near Molokini island. Dive boat leave from Kihei Boat Ramp. There are championship tennis and golf courses nearby. Many shops and restaurants located around the condo or in Wailea are very convenient. Venture out to 10,000 feet high Haleakala for hiking, bicycling, or horse back riding. Join our Tahoe Ski House Rental - Dec through April (North Lake Tahoe) $1175 4bd

We're looking to add a few people to our ski house in Lake Tahoe this winter, near Carnelian Bay between Tahoe Vista and Tahoe City. Cabin is 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, multi-level with two entrances, has a hot tub and is dog friendly. There is a big living and dining area equipped with all the electronic necessities (a couple TVs, DVD, cable and internet). Sleeps 10-12 easy in beds. The house is modern, with new appliances and carpet and overall will be a really nice place to hang out. The group is mid-late 20s and 30s from San Francisco... one couple, a mix of guys and girls and so far, one pug. We're fun, laid-back and enjoy drinks, games, dinner and other random fun after long days skiing and boarding. Looking for similar folks. Well-behaved, cool dogs as well. Lease runs from December 3 to May 3 and is $1175 total for the full 5 months with a $200 refundable deposit. Rent includes snow removal, hot tub service, house cleaning once a month (!!), internet, cable and water. Everyone will be encouraged to bring up guests ($25 a night) to pay gas and electric.
