Anthony Read

Anthony Read was script editor on the Doctor Who programme on the BBC during part of the tenure of Graham Williams as producer in 1978. He also wrote the story The Horns of Nimon as well as contributing to the script of The Invasion of Time, which he helped write when the original script fell through. Together with Don Houghton, he co-wrote the fifth Sapphire & Steel television story, known informally as Dr McDee Must Die.
