Winifred Ann Taylor, Baroness Taylor of Bolton, PC (born 2 July 1947) is a British politician, and was Labour Member of Parliament for Dewsbury until 2005.

Ann Taylor was Leader of the House of Commons from 1997 to 1998, then became Chief Whip until 2001 when she was sacked from the government. Since 2001 she has been Chairman of the Intelligence and Security Committee.
