Andrey Vyshinsky


 

Andrey Yanuaryevich Vyshinsky (??????? ??????????? ??????????) (December 10 , 1883November 22, 1954), also spelt Vishinsky, Vyshinski, was a Soviet jurist and later diplomat. Vyshinsky spoke some English and excellent French.
