Andrew Stevens

Andrew Stevens (born Herman Andrew Stephens on June 10, 1955, in Memphis, Tennessee) is an American actor and film producer, who is the son of Mississippi-born actress Stella Stevens and her first husband, Noble Herman Stephens (who were married on September 1, 1954, and remained in wedlock until their marriage was dissolved two or three years later), as per the periodical Contemporary Theatre, Film & Television (volume #7, ISBN #0-8103-2070-3 and ISSN# 0749-064X).

In 1978, he married the actress Kate Jackson, but they divorced in 1980. He is currently married to Robyn Stevens, with whom he shares three children.

For a time Stevens seemed to have a burgeoning film career, as he was the young male lead in the 1978 major-studio horror film, The Fury. His career tapered off, as he starred on a variety of television series in the 1980s (Emerald Point NAS, Dallas), and finally bottomed out in the early 1990s as he wrote, produced and starred in soft-core pornographic films such as the Night Eyes series.
