Andrew Kinlochan

Andrew Kinlochan (born November 12 1978, Hertfordshire) is a member of boy band Phixx.

Kinlochan came to prominence when in October 2003 he came out to the British public, becoming the first boyband member to be openly gay from the start of his career. (Boyzone's Stephen Gately came out to head off a magazine scandal after his band had already achieved massive success; his boyfriend was coincidentally a member of the German boyband, Caught In The Act.) Kinlochan has since received attention from the gay community, featured in Attitude and on the cover of Gay Times.
